what is different between united states immigration and egypt immigration?
Q. In what ways the Egypt immigration is different from Egypt immigrations. Tell me some reasons how it is different from U.S immigration from Egypt immigration.

A. The biggest difference is that Egypt doesn't have half a million Mexicans dodging immigration laws and trying to sneak into your country illegally...and I don't think Egypt would put up with that problem as passively as the US has...by the way, I recently met a family of Egyptian immigrants to the US last year...The father and mother are both physicians (and the father teaches at a medical school as well), and their son is an excellent basketball player who received a scholarship to play at a major college...very accomplished, respectable, nice people

How to report to the US immigration against someone with criminal proceedings in their home country?
Q. I know someone who is harassing his wife and kids, not providing their maintenance, having totally abandoned them and dodging criminal proceedings filed in court in his home country. Because he has a valid US multiple entry visitor's visa, the wife suspects that he might flee there. How does one intimate the US immigration authorities about the criminal suit and also maybe request for his visa cancellation?

A. Approach the US Consulate/Embassy in your area. They would take prompt action.

Immigration is the movement of people from one nation-state to another. While human migration has existed throughout human history, immigration implies long-term permanent residence (and often eventual citizenship) by the immigrants.

  • Treating human beings differently, simply because they were born on the opposite side of a national boundary, is hard to justify under any mainstream philosophical, religious or ethical theory.
  • The freedom to travel and to settle where one wishes, in pursuit of political freedom or economic opportunity, is among the most basic of human rights....The principal difference between the Irish peasants who once fled the potato blight on coffin ships, and the desperate Haitian rafters that our navy forcibly repatriates today, is bad timing.
