AGP stands for accelerated graphics port, which is a port for video graphics cards, you may need a better graphics card, also try checking device manager to see if your graphics card is enabled. Yes, deleterious mutations that are not selected out by crossing over are slowly taking over the Y chromosome. They figure about 200, 000 years until total destruction of this chromosome. The good news is that the sex determining region, SRY, is found on what would be somatic chromosomes in some other organism that may have lost their Y chromosomes. The SRY region migrated! I think in the length of time remaining to the Y chromosome we will think of something.
