Q. Like with your parents you are better behaved, around friends you are funnier or more outgoing (if a bit faked) and around managers you are stressed and self concious? or even just different friends that make you feel or act differently? is it because we are trying to please them? or the way that different people click? ideas?

A. I personally think it's because humans can pick up subtle differences in other peoples' characters so they change theirs accordingly.
