A. The following is from memory, but nevertheless it is still factual. An Aborigional was charged in a W.A. court for rape. During the court-case he told the magistrate that as he, the Aborigional, was a full blooded Aborigional, that he should be sent back to his tribe and tried by them. After due consideration the judge decided that he should be tried by the Elders of the tribe and the man was sent back to them. It wasn't long before the man applied to be tried by "the white-man's" law as his tribe had found him guilty and had ordered him to be "speared through both thighs." If the Aborigional Lawyers would form the Courts it would be a positive step towards having proper justice shown and done.

Are undocumented brown Mestizo Mexicans truly "illegal" to the USA?
Q. Brown Mestizo Mexicans possess the RACIAL right to live in any part of the Americas, hence American Indian blood runs deep into their veins. The true illegals were the European invaders of the Americas who took over, stold the lands of the American Indians, and to top it off commited countless of well documented crimes against the Indigenous peoples. When the Europeans(Spaniards,Briti sh etc..)invaded the Americas did they possess legal documentations?I am very aware that American Indians didn't have laws regarding this matter, but even if they did have laws,do you really think the greedy White European invaders would have respected them?,especially if the laws were coming from a group of peoples who most White Europeans considered racially "i [cont.]

A. Yes. You don't have a racial/birth right to live anywhere. That's how history works. Your ancestors lost, get over it.
