Note that you will need to have a LOT of money as you will be paying international fees and you have to PAY for all your own rent, food, clothes, books, transport, health care, entertainment, utilities etc After you graduate you must go home, and then apply to immigrate to USA you cannot immigrate while you are a student. I've been in your shoes with the defective vehicle buyback (and I'm a lawyer)! My buyback process was great - I turned over my defective vehicle, and the dealership delivered the new car. (Obviously, there was quite a bit of paperwork to go along with that. Also, in my case, the dealership had actually had my car for 1 month prior to the buyback decision. During that time, various engineers flew out to look at it, and they tried to fix the software problem. Ultimately, it was deemed unsafe, so I never got that car back.
