What state is the most conservative in the Goldwater sense of the word?
Q. What state is the most traditionally conservative (not Neo-con). Is it possible to liberate that state from the forces of the Socialist trends the rest of the country and the Western world is going with? Not talking about secession, but allowing it to operate with every limited government, very little outside influence, and absent of leftist policies. Basically allowing the Constitution to reign supreme.

A. Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada were at some point but today Im not sure. Too many freaks from California have been moving to those places and New Mexico just like they took over Vermont and spreading their brand of democrasocialism. Makes me sick to the gut. What a shame. Barry Goldwater was really a great guy. Nixon was too before the Watergate thing. But Goldwater deserved the nomination and he deserved to win in 64.

How do I get another state involved in a paternity action?
Q. The case originated in Arizona. The mother, against court order, skipped state to avoid genetic testing and paternity. How would I go about getting the state of Georgia to order her to appear before their court and offer an explanation for the contempt in Arizona? I understand that Georgia will not transfer individuals in their state to another state, and that they only do it in criminal cases.

A. The CHILD is now apparently in Georgia? That being the case, you can file suit in Georgia for a determination of paternity. You;re essentially starting over, but you can do it.

How do I get the State to re-asses a corrected Federal Tax Return?
Q. I failed to file my State and Federal taxes one year. The IRS made a wrong assumption of what I owed that year, and the state of Colorado assesed my State Taxes owed for that year based on the assesment. I have since hired someone file my Federal return that year and owe considerably less. Now I just need to get the state of Colorado to reasses my taxes based on the new Federal return, but I can't afford to hire someone else to do this for me.

I'm from the EAST but if I were in Your Shoes, I would visit or call the state of Colorado Taxation office on procedures and forms to FILE an Amendment to the previous assessment <= I assume you paid and are not delinquent bec otherwise, wow could have penalty & interest and BIG MESS! Then the fact that you paid someone to make corrections to Federal Tax for particular year, just copy of that IRS Form 1040X documentation and taxable amount should make matters easy with proceeding forward. Problems again where you might need to hire Tax Professional result if you are delinquent and owe penalties & interest but if doing yourself, it is possible if good writer than you are asking for one time pardon/Exclusion etc. Hope the Above Info Helps… [cont.]
